Terri has been a councillor for Castledon & Crouch Ward since 2024.

She is currently Shadow Cabinet Member for Culture, Sport & Communities. She also sits on the Community & Engagement Scrutiny Committee and the Wickford Area Committee.

Terri lives in Noak Bridge with her husband and is retired. She also serves as the Chairman of Noak Bridge Parish Council. Previously, she represented the old Crouch Ward between 2002 and 2024. She was also formerly a county councillor for the Laindon Park & Fryerns Division from 2009 to 2014.

The Castledon & Crouch councillors hold a residents' surgery on the first Saturday of the month between 9:30am and 10:30am at Noak Bridge Village Hall, Coppice Lane, and the third Saturday of the month between 9:00am and 10:00am at Steepleview Hall, Willowfield (off Osier Drive).

Her ward colleagues are Cllrs. Stuart Allen and Alex Myers.

Castledon & Crouch falls within the Wickford Crouch Division of Essex County Council. Terri works closely alongside the local county councillors, Tony Ball and Malcolm Buckley, on county issues such as highways.
